“We are a not-for-profit organization who purchased over $3000 worth of products from ADP in Belmont recently. We had a ver negative experience from beginning to end. The order had the wrong lengths of inserts, our jewlery cabinet has a broken key lock and we were given two seperate peices of plankwall which were meant to be joined with no joiners etc. The biggest problem we faced is that we are located over one hr from ADP in a country area. Therefore we had to return the goods and collect the correct ones. Meanwhile our shop was in dissarray and we certainly lost retail sales over that few days. Being not-for-profit we could ill afford this. Everyone makes mistakes but on the second attempt we found we came back to the shop with yet again the wrong size peices. The third attempt unfortunately was no better. At this point we are going to cut our losses and go elsewhere. When we askes if they were going to give us some sort of discount or the like ADP's attitude was pretty much "Not at all"”
