“Terrible service. They botched the job, yelled at my wife and called her a pig headed b**ch and damaged other equipment on the job site, then tried to charge double of the original quote.”

“Agent engaged 100% plumbing for combined shower/bath always sending water out to both outlets.
App 1 - Plumber late we were already at work. Appt 2 - Diagnosed faulty part. Appt 3 - Plumber onsite - Wrong part ordered. We said forget the job. Instead he removed the bath outlet. The bath takes forever to fill.
Asked agent to cancel. Later informed via email "The plumbers also advised you contacted them directly and was verbally abusive towards their staff" which is false. Insulting.”

Buyer beware, Ben has shown quite clearly that his clients are totally disposable,. Don't let this be your experience. Unless your job is assembling Lego, find someone else!”
