“Agent engaged 100% plumbing for combined shower/bath always sending water out to both outlets.
App 1 - Plumber late we were already at work. Appt 2 - Diagnosed faulty part. Appt 3 - Plumber onsite - Wrong part ordered. We said forget the job. Instead he removed the bath outlet. The bath takes forever to fill.
Asked agent to cancel. Later informed via email "The plumbers also advised you contacted them directly and was verbally abusive towards their staff" which is false. Insulting.”

“Ben walked off mid job! Be wary of pleasant talking tradies. Ben ABANDONED our job mid flight, via text, then ghosted my phone calls .

Buyer beware, Ben has shown quite clearly that his clients are totally disposable,. Don't let this be your experience. Unless your job is assembling Lego, find someone else!”

I was very DISAPPOINTED with the Service. It took them months to provide reports, overcharged for the late reports. Extremely rude response on the phone. Even 1 Star is more than what they deserve.”
