I was in constant pain with recurring ingrown toenails & honestly was a bit scared to endure the pain of having them cut out again, but Tom made my visit better than I expected, nothing like where I'd been previously visiting.

Tom was very professional & so caring, funny & really easy to talk to, definitely a master at his trade.

I felt really valued as Tom went over & beyond making sure I was happy, I even received a follow up letter with a thanks which was a nice touch.

It's been a few weeks since I saw Tom & I'm so happy that my toes n feet still look & feel good. Job done right!
