“Deceptive On-site Managers. Poor service. No paperwork provided, poor communication. These people are thugs and bullies and will rip you off and screw you over if it means they can make a $. Tenants are poorly treated. Many disgruntled owners trying to sell out. Poor return on investment for owners. High rates of crime within the complex.”

The website states that the place sleeps 8 but there were only 6 proper beds plus couches.
BBQ not in fully working condition.

Post-rental, we were charged $50 instead of $25 as per terms and conditions for cleaning. Only a handful of sand on the bathroom floor.

We were also charged an ARBITRARY amount of $120 for damages, no quotes or receipts whatsoever.”

But as for RENTING ... I have 12 months of experience of renting a property in North Cronulla handled by their property-management team. In my 50 years of owning and renting properties ...
