“Deceptive On-site Managers. Poor service. No paperwork provided, poor communication. These people are thugs and bullies and will rip you off and screw you over if it means they can make a $. Tenants are poorly treated. Many disgruntled owners trying to sell out. Poor return on investment for owners. High rates of crime within the complex.”

I've used Ramsay to manage my Potts Point property since 2006. Service and responsiveness are critical because I work offshore. I was so impressed with the service that I gave them a second propertyin 2011. However after a succession of staffing changes, I am now out of pocket over $8000. Ben and his team now do not respond to emails or phone calls. I sincerely hope this is temporary - shall keep you updated on progress”

“Rented a holiday accommodation over the weekend.
The website states that the place sleeps 8 but there were only 6 proper beds plus couches.
BBQ not in fully working condition.

Post-rental, we were charged $50 instead of $25 as per terms and conditions for cleaning. Only a handful of sand on the bathroom floor.

We were also charged an ARBITRARY amount of $120 for damages, no quotes or receipts whatsoever.”

But as for RENTING ... I have 12 months of experience of renting a property in North Cronulla handled by their property-management team. In my 50 years of owning and renting properties ... I have never experienced such dissatisfaction. Integrity's staff were rude and, quite frankly, lazy when it came to rectifying tenant issues.”
