Left PDA for repairs, was told it would take a week at most. Week later - not ready, "waiting for parts (housing), will be ready in a week". 2 weeks later - not ready, same excuse. 3 weeks later - still not ready, the parts haven't even been ordered yet "due to large volume of work". Tired of waiting, I asked the to return the PDA to me with old housing. 2 days in a row they kept promising to call me back when it's ready to be picked up - and never did. The device is still with them - this is week 4. Hope they do repairs well, because the customer service sucks big time.

Took my nexus to these swindlers to repair a faulty power button. Was told it would cost $285 for as apparently not only the power button needed replacing but also the touch screen. Took my phone to another repair place who fixed the power button in 3 days for $95 and incredibly found nothing wrong with the touch screen as suspected. Went back to complain to the manager. Instead of them listening, got an aggressive and and abusive response. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
