About River4Life Inc.

G'Day I am David Lang Manger and director of River4life Inc. I am writing to you today in hope to tell you a bit about us and what it is that we do. River4Life was started back in 2004 as a way to raise funds to take care off the Murray River and the surrounding river banks also to make other aware of what is happening to our River system. As River4Life is strictly Non-Profit origination and dose not pay any salaries to any of its staff as all staff are volunteers. We run strictly on donations and sponsorships that have been made to the River4Life Inc. over the last 3.5 years river4life has been using the donations to help buy back water right from farmers and growers in total 12 have been purchase in the last 3 years and we have done a great deal of work along the riverside shore line in Goolwa and Clayton . In Total $15,986 has been raised since 2004 and this is just the start, There is a lot more work to do yet. Besides the local and federal governments have had the last 4 years to do some thing and still have not made a move. With only a little amount raised we still are moving a head even if it is just us. We are asking for your help as well to make the awareness about the Murray River and to help with raising funds to carry out more tasks with in the next 5 years.
