Booked in with my friend then went in to be met with a very rude opening of "We're not open yet, just sit over there". When she finally did acknowledge us she asked for our vouchers to tell us "these expired ages ago" when I explained she was sick the day we were meant to go in she then snapped "I haven't been sick"... we then decided this wasn't someone we want to massage us as we'd gone for a relaxing time.
We walked out.
