Just happen to drive by their truck, parked where they're do a job. The old guy working within a boundary of cones he has set up gives me the finger which I saw in my rear view mirror.

I went back and asked why, and he said I was to close to him while passing. I couldn't agree as I was well away from the cones he set up. I told him he should move them further out if he feels uncomfortable where he put them! Only to be sworn at in the most offensive manner. I'd never deal with people like this.
