About Fluro Fitness Sydney

Fluro Fitness Sydney boot camp is an outdoor group training for all fitness levels, our groups are small and we have 2 trainers running the sessions, this way everyone gets close attention. We also do one on one training sessions that include personalised fitness evaluation to tailor the sessions to your needs and make sure you are achieving your goals. One of the trainers is a National Figure champion, with over 16 years of experience in fitness, diet planning and helping people get on track with their fitness & nutrition.
