Ed was wonderful. He did a great job refinishing my floors. Very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend

Very disappointed with Edi's lack of professionalism. rescheduled the day to come out to quote last minute which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. But we should have seen it as a red flag. Committed to doing the job a few days before our lease ended (a few weeks after initial quote) and then confirmed with him again couple of days before hand only for him to text through that he was unwell the day before he was meant to do the job. We tried to be flexible and even organized to extend out lease for an additional week to allow him time to complete the job only for him to stop responding to calls and texts leaving us with very little time to find someone else. Completely understand people get sick but there was no attempt to assist or reschedule and lack of communication and professionalism was appalling.
