Time and date set for Dale to come out and look at the job needing to be completed. This was arranged over a week prior with plenty of notice. I received a text message from Dale about 45 minutes prior to the arranged time that morning with him saying I live too far away and I should get the job done by someone local. Very poor in that he knew where I lived right from the start and I had picked up his business card from a landscape place about 1km away from my home. I don't mind that he could not do the job, but I do mind that he had booked the job and cancelled at the last minute with a poor excuse.
