Do not get this man to build for you. He took our money and told us about himself and 6months down the track he has not finished our carport.
Have taken him to Qcat but he didn't show up for the mediation.

Had no end of trouble with this guy. Paid for materials in full in early February 2018 with only the labour cost outstanding and payable on completion.
July 2018 and still waiting for all materials to be delivered & shed completed.
Always had an excuse for not coming when promised. Has operated well outside his obligations under his Builders Licence.
What he built was done to a fair standard but certainly not worth the stress and frustration of his continual lies.
