xxx from Melbourne Body Corporate Management Chelsea/Frankston was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. His sneaky tactics were very disappointing.

I tried to reason with xxx to hold our very 1st potential body corporate meeting at a reasonable time of day, however xxx would not be flexible at all and told me that the time was going to be at 4.30pm on a week day. When I asked xxx why he would not be flexible, he told me it was because he "Has a life!" xxx sent the minutes from that meeting out 17 days later. The maximum timeframe under the Body Corporate Act 2006 states that the minutes needed to be sent out within 14 days - therefore this renders the meeting null and void! xxx now needs to contact all of the other owners, and advise that a second meeting will need to be held at a more reasonable time.date, with dial in facilities.
