“All Professional Building Services Sydney built my house in Western Sydney. I can't thank you enough or tell you how much we love the work you've done. You were friendly, professional and very efficient and actually listened and did what we wanted. Thanks again.

“We have been in the house for over 1 year now. The list of things needing to be fixed is still enormous. To name a few major items: cracked render, cracked concrete floors, double glazed windows are sagging in the middle due to lack of proper support, creaking floors (they made us pay extra to have the floor boards fixed, but still creaking so loud that the kids wake up when we walk over them), we have been unable to use our second shower since April '09, roof is not straight, roof has been leaking which was only fixed after threatening of legal action when our daugther hurt herself when she slipped in a puddle (they fixed it with 1 big blop of silicone!!!). Everything they tried to fix they have made looking worse. They absolutely are ignoring any form of communication. We had the south Melbourne regional manager over yesterday, who is a complete arrogant person and not interested in fixing anything. Don't forget all the paint spots on carpet and furniture they left behind after trying to fix things. We can also feel the whole first floor move in strong winds!! THis is not including the drama we went through during the whole building process.

“Builders did not finish job, overcharged by hundreds and very unsavory to deal with post contract. Will never use again or recommend!”

“We had Boyd Homes alter our home and we 're delighted with the outcome. Boyd Homes were fast and efficient. I've recommended Boyd Homes to my family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“I have recently built with Highbury Homes and found them to be completely unsatisfactory for a number of reasons. The most problematic aspect of Highbury Homes is they consistently failed to honour the terms of the contract, though they did pay for the breaches once I threatened legal action. They are essentially a middle or the road medium size builder, that appears to have taken on too many new projects. Note they have a number of aliases they go by.
Issues for example included: they literally had to do almost everything twice: retaining wall trench put in wrong place (and tried to charge me for it), roof alignment incorrect, screwed up site works, a sewer pipe now runs in main bedroom roof space, brickwork on my workshop was first 28 c then 25 c then 28 c, installed plastic pipe instead of copper, kitchen was installed as antique white vinyl using Polytech, was supposed to be new antique white using Laminex - 8 week delay while they redid it, laundry room shower was to be frameless, put in semi-frameless, now replacing with frameless, Installed the wrong range hood, ordered the wrong oven; initially installed the wrong gutters; they allowed concrete to spill on to the lower floor face brick; all the windows are loose in the walls - frame heads were never fixed (presently being fixed); most of the Jason windows have leaked over winter due to rain (trying to fix this as well); recommended Classical Stone for granite benchtop - they cut it wrong, redid it three times.

“This builder agreed to build a pergola with a 2mX2m toilet in November 2008. The job was to be completed by Christmas or mid-January 09 at LATEST. It is still not complete 2-4-09. The slab was NOT laid flat and has a 95mm slope toward the existing residence. The existing pavers in the pool area spill water into the pergola even with light rain. The builder also asked for more than the agreed quote AFTER the plans were submitted to Council. I would not use this builder again. I shudder to think how long it would take him to build a house if it takes 5 months to build a defective pergola!”

“I would not use this company - I have found that their standard of work is poor. After months we still have many unresolved faults including a solar hot water system which has not ever worked.”
