I've used Ramsay to manage my Potts Point property since 2006. Service and responsiveness are critical because I work offshore. I was so impressed with the service that I gave them a second propertyin 2011. However after a succession of staffing changes, I am now out of pocket over $8000. Ben and his team now do not respond to emails or phone calls. I sincerely hope this is temporary - shall keep you updated on progress”
