“Fed up. I purchased 900kg black and gold cheese which went mouldy 1 day later despite having a much longer. I made 4 phone calls of a period of weeks to get a refund. over a month later I received a very bland letter but no refund. 2 months later still waiting for my refund despite having spoken to the writer of the letter who promised to issue a refund.
Not happy, appauling service.”
