“I was really disappointed with Greensborough cycles. I'm a mother of an 8 month old who was getting back into cycling after a "maternity break" and needed to get my bike and my husbands serviced. We had just spent nearly $400 and the saleman didn't even have the decency to help me take the bikes out to the car while I had my baby with me. He stood behind the counter with 3 of his colleagues. While I was in the shop I felt like I was being treated like an idiot when I asked a couple of questions. I know a fair amount about bikes after being a track cyclist for a number of years, I'm unsure whether it was just because I was female? They also refused to service my ergo because it was "too old". It is only 7-8 years old and works perfectly fine, it only needed a clean and a new chain.
Anyway, I was really disappointed with the service and even though it is around the corner from home, I'll be going elsewhere from now on as my experiences are getting worse and worse each time I have returned. More fool me for actually giving them more than one chance.”
