“Gamedude sales department over the years I have found to be good, until I had my first warranty claim. A computer case had three faults on startup, took it back 3 days later to get a replacement case. Well I could not beleive their disgusting attitude,they blatanly would not accept the return. I then had a independant computer technichian check the computer case and found the faults in minutes. He also offered to return to Gamedude with me to speek to the service manager to point out the faults. He refussed to see us. We even put a testing meter on the switch to show the fault, thier answer was the meter was faulty. We were told either to pay $120.00 for them to check it, or buy a new case. I purchased a new case (all works well). I told them if they did not abide by the law in regard to the warrenty, I will persue this with Fair trading. After sending Reg. letters to them wilth no success, I now have put it in the hands of the Office of Fair Trading. I hope to get a refund on the first case plus $25.00 for the first fee they charged me. I think this company needs to take a good long look at themselves, how they can hold your parts, tell you it is fine and charge only to find it still has the faults. No one should have to pay $120.00 nonrefund”
