“I went to this salon on the 9th September to get a style/trim and some highlights, at the end of our discussion the head hairdreser was to put another layer in my hair and to trim as little as possible from the length but to add style to the cut.
I ended up with highlights (foils) that could not be seen, another layer which was crooked and lots taken off the length, with no real style being crafted. Actually my hair was uneven on both sides. I did express my disappointment at the time of the hair cut and this salon offered to take off the foil/highlight price, but still charged me $145.00 for a cut, that I had to go to another hair dresser to fix, which then cost me another $110.00.
This head hairdresser did offer to fix my cut, however after what had been done to my hair I had no confidence in him fixing my style after what had already happened. I found the Salon'syour approach to this situation to be quite obnoxious, I suggest this hairdressing salon truly needs to re-examine their customer service policies and cutting/styling skills.”
