“I purchased a rug and was told I could return and exchange if it didn't suit my furnture. It didn't work, so I brought it back and I picked out two options and was quoted a price for both. AS I was moving, I was told that I could keep the credit, as they have a no refund policy, and come back when ready. On my return told the price for preference was no longer available as there was only one left. I feel exploited as I had to purchase a rug, one I don't really like. Bad business practice.”
