Our tile roof was approximately 15 years old, and not leaking. We were looking for someone to replace any cracked tiles, repoint and repaint the roof.

Job was completed, and roof has subsequently leaked - twice!! First time he came back to fix it, and charged us to do so (which we paid on time).

However this time he has refused to repair the leak, even though he has provided us with a written ten year guarantee.

He fails to turn up when appointments have been made and does not return calls.

We have now discovered that although we were charged for replacing cracked tiles, that they were not all replaced.
