About Executive Secretarial Services
I have been an Executive Secretary for 20 years and have worked in a variety of industries, including Transport, Travel, Engineering and Real Estate.
I am based in Melbourne and I have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and a variety of in-house computer systems.
Some duties I have done over the last few years are listed below.
- Preparation of extensive property reports;
- Preparation of Leasing and Sales Contracts and documentation;
- Property submissions;
- Typing of letters, memos, faxes, reports, minutes of meeting;
- Coordination of mail outs - preparation and distribution of letters and attachments from database;
- Coordination of advertising, including preparation of flyers and advertising materials;
- Managing and updating databases;
