“didn't have a good experience, blown clearance and indicator globe, exhaust brakes didn't work, windscreen and interior dirty.There is stickers saying "don't down shift into second gear unless stationary" (makes hill driving fun), Electric mirror didn't work, annoying when mirror was loose and twisted when trucks went the opposite way. tried to suggest they have some spare globes but got told "Isn't that what the RAA is for". Didn't seem interested in the other issues.”

“We hired a pantech truck from this business and to be fair, the truck was in very good condition, and the asking price was fair, BUT then on return of the vehicle it was checked over and given the all OK. So far we have been waiting over 5 weeks for the bond to be returned and the guy keeps hanging up on us every time we call. We have now contacted fair trading to get involved. BE AWARE of this guy. If you do hire from here, pay cash and make sure you get it back before you leave.”

“Absolutely disgusted in this bus company, we hired them for a Buck's Party and they abandoned us in the middle of Sydney, no warning or anything, we called for him to pick us up again and he told us that we were being too rowdy and that he was already half way home. They then refused to give us any of the items that the bus driver stole when he abandoned us. They are the worst bus company I have ever used and will definitely be telling everyone I know how bad a service they provide.”
