“I went to Ken Long Tyre Specialists for a puncture repair and they damaged my rim. Ken denied it saying his machine wouldn't do such a thing. The employee doing the work acknowledged that the damage area was where he worked. I did not ask for any sort of discount or compensation, I was expecting at least a "I'm sorry this has happened" but Ken did not even attempt at one. Instead he told me to leave and never come back.

Poor customer service, especially if you damage your customers car.”

“Whenever I need car repairs, I always bring my car here. I'm no longer worried that they will cause more damages to my car or they will not give my car a quality service because they've already earned my trust. ”

“I requested a premium brand of tyres, paid the price. Got home checked the tyres were not the ones paid for.Contacted them got a story as no stock, another brand used without my knowledge, receipt was recorded as a cash so couldnt be followed. When asked to fix was told needed to pay an extra on top of the price paid for the premium price for premium tyres. Not recommended, find a company that discusses your purchases, not simple revolving door service.”

Went back to Coomera tyres who helped solve the problem, and since then I will only deal with Coomera Tyre World.
The service is 2nd to none.
They give old fashion service.
No lies no hipe.
