“ Our little jack russell being in the last stages of CCF I contacted our local vet to come & euthanize her.
They don't make house calls.
We looked on line & found The Travelling Vet Fiona Wall. She was so helpful & arranged a visit later that same day. Importantly, she was gentle & kind.
Her mobile service fills a valuable need to pet owners who wish to save their pets from the trauma of transporting them in the final stages of life. We highly recommend her. ”

Tim always is happy to discuss options and doesn't encourage your decision one way or another. He states the facts and type of treatment and leaves it to you to decide the best course for you and your budget.

“The animals in our house have been cared for by this practice for years. This includes 5 cats and 4 dogs. Not only have we been provided with an outstanding service that is accessible, the education that Dr Chris has provided for the 3 children in our home has been outstanding. The children, 8-10years old are quite happy to deal with the surgery themselves and will ring up with any questions about our fluffy family themselves. Thank GOODNESS we found Dr Sophie at the Woodford Vets who was able to find out that Sam had a rare disease called Myosthenia Gravis. Sam is on medications now and has made a full recovery. As a result I use Rouse House Horse Hospital for all my horses medical needs and even my other family pets. They have always provided a professioinal and caring service and are set up to deal with all levels of equine medicine.
I have used them for many years and now dont really feel confident going anywhere else..”

“This is an exceptional vet clinic. Cat and owner are looked after with great professionalism and care. The vets are fantastic, they love their cats, and the cats warm to them and almost always relax and cooperate. The only problem is that they are overly busy and it's hard to get through on the phone to make an appointment. The best way to do this is to ring out of hours and leave a message for them to ring back.”
