“We were unfortunate enough to inherit a Clear Water system when we bought our current house and have experienced almost nothing but troubles since.

Filtration aside, their customer service is shabby at best and their administration totally incoherent.

They are also overbearing, for eg having contacted us half a dozen times to organise a replacement cartridge, finally sending a serviceman out without us even having booked him.

We have just found a competitor's system, providing equal levels of filtration at a fraction of the cost of Clear Water's, so will be switching asap.

I would definitely NOT recommend these guys.”
