“Absolutely beautiful looking cake... tasted absolutely disgusting. We paid (a lot) for a 2-tier cake with Red Velvet on top (to keep for our anniversary), and chocolate on the bottom. Both layers tasted like alcohol , and the "edible" flowers tasted like dry glue. I called and left messages numerous times, with no response or call-backs. I also went back to the office several times but it was always closed and she never answered the door. ”

“Do not hire from Whirligig. Poor communication (except when chasing $$) They send broke & dangerous terms and then charge you for the damages to your credit card without notifying you first which is very rude and unacceptable. Will never hire from again nor recommend. ”

She had these sweet little cupcakes ready for us to taste, fully decorated to showcase work, in various flavours. “Recently went to wedding in Urangan (Hervey Bay) that was decorated and managed by Finesse. The Bride was in tears as most items she had ordered weren't there. Can't believe the way she was treated and certainly wouldn't recommend Finesse Weddings to anyone.”
