We got engaged on the Saturday and I brought my ring in on the Monday morning. The ladies made the whole experience so fabulous with their enthusiasm about the ring (it was my grandmothers ring - sapphire with old mine cut diamonds - and I didn't know much about it at all) and by going the extra mile to get the ring back as quickly as possible because I was nervous about leaving it. “Paid for an item and DID NOT receive it!The correspondence level between these guys and their customers is poor.Emails un-answered for days. They claimed they lodged a missing parcel investigation with Australia post,provided a reference number that Australia Post were not familiar with.Once I advised these guys that the item had still not arrived after 3 weeks and requested a refund, they told me it wasnt possible as the item was sent standard post.So far,I have NO item,NO refund..NOT HAPPY!!”
