    “Cost (August 09) - $25 for ~800 worms.
Bought a batch of these on the weekend. They are mostly red wigglers. Essentially, its prepared in a chinese takeaway container, lined with bedding then filled with worms. Worms are various sizes (child to adult ) Container is said to contain ~800 worms, I cannot verify this as I wouldn't know what 800 worms look like, but was certainly enough to get my small worm farm started.
Service is pretty good. This is a backyard business and they do not do commercial quantities.
Also worth noting that their quantities are very limited and you need to call a couple of hours in advance to give them time to prepare a container and verify stock availability (the first time I tried to get these, they were out of stock).

All in all, better value and better worm quality than the tiny ones you get from Bunnings. I'm happy and highly recommend them.

As a side note, 2 tray Reln worm farms are $60 from Hurstville City Council on Macmahon St.”
