“The gown was Size 6 and had to be taken in. When collected it was labelled size 10 was skin tight and the trim was not straight. The proprietor immediately became defensive and worse. We took the dress and left. We read reviews of zippers breaking and issues with sizing. Recommend great care with the size. Take very good measurements when ordering and discuss sizing carefully.”

“Disappointing. Was 3 years ago now. We were asked to name the price for our gown, we weren't given a quote for what we wanted. It was very expensive and the workmanship and service did not reflect the price. The final fitting was in the workshop with a small held mirror. The dress was given to me in a 'broken' dress bag as it was the last bag?? Lots of pressure to also buy a veil and head piece when I had stated I did not want either. Criticism for losing weight.”

Naia was exceptionally pleasant, she gave us champagne & nibbles. Afterwords I got to try some of the beautiful dresses in her home studio. She helped me find a dress that fit my figure perfectly and made my outfit complete with a Veil, tiara & jewellery. I can hardly wait to show it off on my wedding day.”
