Our Glen Iris Community Housing units are set in the beautiful surroundings of Gardiner’s Creek, surrounded by native flora and leafy walking trails. Trains, trams, cafes and restaurants are all within an easy walk. The property contains 21 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units, and in early 2016 was extended with an additional 23 newly-constructed one-bedroom units.
Our community housing is designed to promote comfort and independence for people who are over 55 years of age or have a disability, and who meet the Department of Health and Human Services eligibility criteria.
