Came past after a long 4x4 trip, needing fuel.. thought our group would go to the family owned servo Vs the chain servo 4 cars filled up. Very rude customer service.. Filled my car with their leaking bowser hose, asked if I could wash my hands somewhere, I Was told extremely rudely I should be wearing gloves and handed a baby wipe and rudely pointed to a small bin to put it in. Even customers who were not in our group made comment on the awful way they spoke and the lack of serve after fill a tank. When asked if there is another place to wash my hands I was ignored. I went to the srvo across the road and explained I just needed to wash my hands and I had already filled up across the road, they were more than happy to allow the use of the bathroom. Will be going there in future.
