I only gave a star just to leave my review. Someone by the name of Jill at the Caroline Springs branch NEEDS THE SACK!!! she allowed my ex husband to withdraw my children's trust funds without my authorisation when both signatures are required for any withdrawals! On top of that, ive had accounts with westpac for about 20 years....they can't identify me or bring up any of my accounts! Absolutely appalling. About 3 years ago they also started withdrawing funds from my account, when I questioned them, they said I gave the authority and I signed for them to take out funds on a fortnightly basis. Until today I still don't know where those funds were going as they couldn't tell me.
I then decided to bank with ANZ so I closed my youngest daughters account and can you believe it, they took out $200 from the account because it was a bonus they had put in because she was born in 2017. Anyone banking with westpac should rethink and go to a better bank who won't rip their customers off.
