The Commonwealth Bank was once an excellent bank, nowadays if you want something done or you want to change something to do with your account, well, there's a fee for that.
They seem to have forgotten that it is OUR money.
(Contrary to one of their old advertising slogans "We'll never forget that it's YOUR money")
Don't get me wrong, the staff at this branch are really excellent people, it's just a shame that the CBA itself has gone to the dogs.
