Very good team on the front end of the business relationship (i.e. Selling you things).
Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff and beautiful store. All elements are in place to lubricate the spending of money, but when it comes to other parts of the business relationship (i.e. returns), be careful.
Their return policy is extremely restrictive and the returning of an unused, in-the-original-package accessory (with the receipt from less than 10 days prior) resulted in a refusal to accept the return and a lot of bad mouthing from the manager about how my expectations were unrealistic (?!).
After a passionate conversation with the manager about how bikeNow is blatantly putting the customer needs behind the business needs, with the policy held up as a “tough luck, read the fine print” situation, the manager credited my card (just like any modern business in 2021 would do).
Great gear and great at making you feel small + stupid.
