Bought all my bikes from here for at least the last 12 years. Always a massive range in store and great service from the knowledgeable & experienced team. I touched base with BikeNOW with something I considered an impossible task. I needed a Specialised SL7 in white to fit my 156 cm wife. I spoke with Mitch who gave it all his effort to hunt the only one down which was in QLD. The team at BikeNOW worked so efficiently to get the bike shipped and built for me within a fortnight. I cannot recommend this place enough for their friendly service and tireless efforts to help a customer. I will definitely be coming back here for any more future bike needs.

Got excellent attention and service from Charlie who helped me try and later narrow down a bike, and Taz helped me with the fitment and blings when I collected the bike. Communication all through was excellent and not pushy. Plus the store is a nice place to hang. Couldn't be happier!

Bought a new gravel bike from here, awesome service, got my bike months early when they weren't available anywhere. They even serviced my bike when the rear derailleur broke within a few months and didn't charge labour, serviced it so quick, within an hour on the same day. Very satisfied by the friendly staff!

Really great service. Booking in for a service was easy and the staff were really helpful understanding what I needed to have sorted with my bike. When I arrived at the workshop, they had all my details and requirements. When I picked up my bike it was in immaculate condition and when I rode it - it felt as though it was brand new!

I needed a few ml of Rockshox 15WT Suspension fluid for an aircan service on my Super Deluxe - previously called up a few different shops/service centres and all were unwilling to help or would only allow me to purchase a 1L jug which is just overkill...then I called BikeNow and spoke to Mateo who was super helpful and provided a small amount of the right oil, just as I needed. As a 205cm rider I find it incredibly hard to find bikes in my size. BikeNow sorted me out for a road bike which has served me well over the years. Wanting to get into the MTB scene, BikeNow amazingly found a MTB bike in my size as well. Excited to keep a good relationship with this store going 👍.

My Wahoo Kickr (purchased through BikeNOW) started having issues. Within 48 hours of the claim being approved by Wahoo, I had new Kickr in my hands. I can't thank the team enough for getting this resolved so quickly, especially given we're in lockdown and I need this Kickr more than ever!

I recently started looking for my next road bike, and had decided I’d get the top level / best spec’d version of whichever bike I chose. Due to current supply issues, it’s not an ideal time to be doing this, but I didn’t want to wait for months on end, and I there’s always a possibility that supply will get worse.

So I set off to try the 5 contenders I thought most likely to suit my geometry and type of riding I do.

I knew that every bike at that level would be a great bike, so my choice hinged on which bike felt the best to me, and for me.

I tried out 3 of them ( really liked one ), then went in to BikeNow to discuss the last 2 possibles. I hadn’t been there before, and didn’t know what to expect. The store was decently busy when I arrived, and it wasn’t immediately apparent who were staff, and who were regular customers, which I think is always a good thing. In any case , it felt cheerful and welcoming.

Taz greeted me at the counter, and we discussed what I was looking for, sizing, availability etc. He was great to deal with, and was frank about current availability and timeframes, which I really appreciated, as that played an important part in my choice of bike. I found out that he would also be the one doing the bit fit , which was enormously helpful to me at this pre sale stage. After asking me for some of my measurements we scheduled a time for test rides on both bikes I was considering.

About 2 minutes into the first test ride, I realised that that bike was the one for me. I briefly got on the second , just in case it felt perfect for me, but the first one was the one for me.

Now, the biggest challenge was - could I actually get that bike, and in the configuration I wanted, without having to wait for months ? There was a frameset on the wall in my size, and a colour I liked. I asked Taz the big question - Could my bike be built to match the spec’s of the manufacturers top end version ? He said that he thought it might, and proceeded to check for what was needed. I wandered around the store - I didn’t like my chances.

10 minutes later, he came and told me that they could do it with everything except for the matching handlebars, which were likely over 6 months wait, but had a solution using some from another brand. I couldn’t believe it ! In an environment where ‘Not i Stock’ was the usual status for practically everything ( bikes and components ) I’d looked at over the previous month, Taz had found a way to do it. His genuine and easy going nature, knowledge, and ‘can do’ attitude had reassured me well enough to put down a deposit for 3/4 of the bike’s cost then and there.

This was a significant purchase for me. This bike cost more than my car, ( and I bought a brand new car last year! ) but the way Taz had treated me, along with his knowledge, and the atmosphere of the store, gave me the confidence to buy it there.

That proved to be a good decision. All of the staff there I dealt with were superb . The mechanics that built my bike, Christian and Josh, took obvious pride in their work, and did and outstanding job, and were very personable too. When I collected my bike, Doug was enormously helpful as well. He gave me some excellent advice, installed the appropriate clips and mounts for the accessories I had bought, as well as details for charging them etc. When I saw the plethora of clips and mounts left over/ not used , I knew that Doug had saved me literally hours at home, painstakingly reading various installation instructions, usually printed using a font size of 0.003 or smaller.

I’m glad I bought my bike at BikeNow, very glad. Taz and the team there were all outstanding, easy to deal with, and obviously work well as team. I’m very grateful for having had such excellent service from people who know what they’re doing, and in such a friendly environment.
