I am a birth and postpartum Doula, covering most of North West Sydney in my role.
I teach clients Optimal Maternal Positioning from about 20 weeks; this helps create alignment and mobility within a mother's pelvis to ultimately facilitate cardinal movements of the baby.
Clients have continuity of care with me; I know them intimately and stay with them during the birth of their baby.
Postpartum is probably my favourite time, guiding clients in the transition to parenthood. A vital ingredient in recovery from pregnancy and birth is nourishment. I combine traditional methods from Ayurvedic & Chinese medicine to supercharge a mother’s healing , restore her energy and support breastfeeding.
