Bourke Street Butchery proudly sources 90% of its meat from local farmers. We always aim to support local Australian beef, lamb, chicken and pork producers at every opportunity. In 2022 we opened The Butcher's Wife Cafe, now serving delicious coffee and gourmet burgers as well as bacon & egg rolls, steak and rissole sandwiches, wraps, toasties, snacks and more.
