About USQ Sport and Exercise Clinic
USQ’s Sport and Exercise Clinic was established as a community exercise rehabilitation service to provide ongoing care for patients with chronic and complex health conditions, whom are unable to pay for private exercise physiology services. The clinic is also available to patients who have exhausted available publicly funded services within the hospital system. This clinic is operated by the School of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Southern Queensland, Ipswich Campus. The clinic offers services in a variety of areas including assessment, exercise prescription and education for individuals and groups. Services are provided by Sport and Exercise students under the supervision of Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
