Simply the worse freight company to deal with - utterly useless to the point that if we have suppliers that use them we will look elsewhere rather than purchase from them. Unfair for those business but we cant afford the time and expense running around chasing Star Track all the time. At all costs avoid using the company
Its been two business days that my parcel status is “on the truck, on my way” but didn’t get delivered called twice but they say will call the depot and never return the call. Its a very expensive desktop computer that can be damaged being on the truck for now two days. No number of depot to contact them directly.
Very upset and unhappy with the service.
