We (I am also guilty) are so quick to give negative feedback when we have bad experiences and seldom acknowledge the good. So, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge this plumbing company who recently attended to a few issues in my home.

When I made the initial Yellow Pages Enquiry their reply was prompt and through, helpful and very reasonably priced.

They accommodated my work schedule and were able to attend at a time that suited me.

The plumber that attended was BEYOND helpful and so professional. He talked through issue, the resolution, action required for prevention in the future. Also made a few other helpful suggestions. In addition to that he was actually a really nice person. It was like he genuinely cared OMG !!

I believe this is a husband / wife family business so if you are ever in need of a plumber choose these guys. I FULLY, hand on heart recommend these guys

We received professional advice from Nick to effectively repair the damaged pipe with the recommended materials.

Krystle is the first hairdresser I’ve been to in Cairns where I completely trust her. She tells me what will look good for me and she always delivers. Friendly. Beautiful atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I had a wonderful experience today with 2nd year training hairdresser Liam. He was really professional and kind and treated my hair with gentleness and respect. He really listened to me about my hair and gave me exactly what I was trying to achieve. He did a wonderful job with my sometimes difficult frizz and I would feel very confident making him my regular hairdresser. Tokunai is very lucky to have found such a talented up and coming stylist and I see him achieving great things in the future.

When walking in was greeted by friendly faces and seated. Krystle talked to me about what I wanted and we looked at some photos of hair styles to pick what cut and colour, she was honest and helped pick the best option for me. Having a great hair day, everyday, is possible with Jo-el. She is a goddess with hair and genuinely works magic. The salon is so welcoming and comfy, everyone is so kind and the pricing is very fair. They are always happy to help with products + product questions. They really go above and beyond for each service. Hot tip: the Brazilian treatment is spectacular.

I’m soooo happy with my hair cut. I had very long, straight boring hair and Krystle worked her magic in a few minutes and I have now such light, bouncing, layered hair. I’m in love. Thanks so much! x
