I won't be coming back after this morning as my mother and I had driven 40 minutes for a 10 minute follow up consultation. We were refused service by the receptionist for being no more than 3 minutes late due to traffic. We were very calm but disappointed that we were treated with disrespect as if we were wasting your receptionists time. She was very cold and unhelpful. As a medical receptionist myself I felt like sending people away would have been something to check with a practice manager or the dentist I was suppose to be seeing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but my family and I will be going elsewhere.
