DO NOT HIRE THIS CRIMINAL.

I had to take him to court to reclaim money, as he is not trade qualified for retaining walls. He installed an illegal retaining wall, not deep enough footings, the WRONG concrete (used Rapid set, not proper concrete and used 1m³ instead of 7m³ which was needed for the posts. Retaining wall started falling over after a few months. This horrible person still owes me $2,000 despite being issued a garnishee order issued by Courts NSW.

This project was hell. Nothing but years now of restless sleep, just thinking about how this dog of a man ripped me off thousands of dollars. And then when the NSW Civil Administration Tribunal (NCAT) issued the orders, I was kind enough to allow him a repayment plan instead of lump sum. But the weak gutted poor excuse of a man called Fulgence doesn't have the common decency to repay me.

I put him on a payment plan so he could feed his kids.

And I ask the same in return. I'm no longer working as I was medically retired to my injuries. I can't work. This despicable human owes me $2,000 and doesn't give a care on the world about me trying to feed my kids.

Never in my life have I met such a terrible person.

He also used to NOT PAY his workers. No wonder why Ed had enough of you and had the MORAL COURAGE to step up and tell me that you were installing an ILLEGAL STRUCTURE as you're not licensed, or competent.

You don't deserve a job. You deserve to be in jail. I've been 40 years on this earth, and you are by far the worst human I've encountered.
