Fantastic service, Local Business owned by two brothers for 40+ years. Very friendly, helpful, totally methodical - nothing daunted Barry. He had to pick up a Hyundai Santa Fe (with no power) on a 1:4 hill from a very difficult double angled driveway! Not a word of bother, he just got on with the job, told me exactly what to do, simply and clearly, when he needed me. Fair price turned up on time quickly did the job and waited at the other end to make sure I got the car into the mechanics ok. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would use again in the blink of an eye (but hope I don’t need to - no offence Barry!)

Absolutely fantastic service from Jas. We broke down at Nerong on the Pacific Highway, with our dog and cat, and were stuck there for 4 hours. NRMA had to call us a tow truck, the tow truck driver took us to Tea Gardens and got us in touch with Tea Gardens Hire Cars, and Jas did the most fantastic job. She got us a pet friendly car and brought it to the mechanic at Tea Gardens for us, and inside she had to bottles of cold water waiting for us, plus a beautifully air conditioned car that our pets particularly appreciated.
