I have been coming here for 10 years and have no reason to change. I've been seeing the same doctor for all these years & I know I am in good hands. When I have had to book with a different doctor, the other doctor knows my history, is understanding and helps me with the problem I have. There have been a few occassions when I have had to wait 15 or 20 minutes, but there is always an apology when I am seen and I know that the wait is because these doctors will do everything in their power to help their patients.
Used to be great, but now shocking. No longer open Saturdays, and have few to no doctors available at most times. Last time I was sick I couldn't see a Dr for 3 days. This time rang Monday for an appointment Friday Afternoon, to be told they only have a Dr on Friday morning. NEVER use them again and searching for a new clinic or GP.
