I am very satisfied with the service and care I have received at Cairns West Medical Centre. Dr Peter Vanrietvelde is an outstanding GP who I would rate as the best I have seen. He is extremely thorough and holistic in his approach as well as being a very kind and compassionate man. What stood out to me was the way he involved me in the decision making of my care. I think it's worth a small out of pocket charge to receive this level of care.
This place ripped off my wife with a booking fee of $79 which they said was non refundable in a phone call, have requested a copy of the phone call to no avail,which was on top of their consultation fee,and when she tried to cancel they said too late and won’t refund the $79 scam and have no concern for taking peoples money , just for the hell of it , there are plenty other GPS that will worry about you and not taking your $79 because they can
