Romain came to look at a water leak fault with our Zip Hydrotap, (we’d just moved into a new house). He was absolutely great - efficient, polite, quick and friendly, and sorted out the issue professionally. Raymond are the local agent for Zip taps, so you don’t necessarily have a lot of choice, but I can recommend them and would be confident they would sort any further issues in the future. Cheers!
