Absolutely the least professional experience I've had with a 'tradie' in Cairns. Phoned twice and sent two emails. Emails were very detailed. I actually chased them up to do work for me and the email reply I got was "sorry but times are unsuitable". That is ALL that was written. No 'hi', no 'thank you for your enquiry', not even a name of the person writing the email. What an absolute joke of a business. I am happy that you have so much work on that you can't even try to accomodate someone literally begging to get work done. It won't last with that attitude. I have since found someone and booked in for them to do work on two bathrooms and to quote a pool fence. See what responsiveness and common decency gets you? They say that someone tells, on avaerage, ten people about a bad experience. I will be telling everybody I can. Not a smart move on your part considering I have just bought a house so will be talking to everyone I know about my first home buying experiences.
